Enyo felt a chill run down his spine. He could tell things were worse and he was getting no where. He tensed as he heard shouts of something. He couldn’t tell. Something about cargo? He didn’t know. He guested the ship would be leaving soon, but it was clear from sight alone the entire crew wasn’t there. Leaving half a crew short? Suspicious.

The bridge was still down allowing him to walk on without really thinking. He suspicions were confirmed. Missing crew. Missing supplies. No one had approached him do he took it on himself to search the ship.

Markus knew to keep silent. He knew he would most likely be inside this barrel until they reached wherever he’d be taken, and he could guess it must be days. He had heard something about a ship, and it made him more afraid.

They’d be leaving in the evening, he heard. It was surely around midday right now, so it wouldn’t be too long. They were one of the two last groups of supply gathering and loading. Markus didn’t look forward to being rolled onto a ship, though he was glad he didn’t get motion sick.

He heard the harbor, and then smelled it. The ocean always scared him, he didn’t like being on a ship. He was even glad to be in a barrel, hidden from the ocean, and able to float. Even if not breathe.
