Markus face lit up, smiling bright and happy. “Thank you so much, Oliver!”, he was obviously very happy about it. He did indeed love it! He loved flowers, and now he had a crown made out of flowers!
“It’s far better than any other crown I had to wear.”, he told him with a smile.

He happily picked a few flowers, carefully tying them together. He wasn’t sure about flower crowns, but he could twist and tie some flowers together for a ring!
“Here.”, he offered the little flower ring to Oliver with a smile.

Markus was very happy being outside and on a field. He may not be able to see a lot, nor very well, but he could tell how green the grass was, and he could see the flower field ahead as well.

He lot go of Oliver’s hand to happily run ahead, skipping. He twirled around, laughing soft and happily. “Look Oliver! How beautiful the flowers are!”, he called, a bright smile on his face. He was really happy to be up and moving, outside.

He raised an eyebrow, watching him with an amused look on his face. Markus must have been kept in built up areas for a while to have that reaction to seeing flowers. Or perhaps he was genuinely interested in them.

Oliver followed behind him, picking up some of the flowers as he went. He carefully intertwined the flowers together and caught up with Markus, placing the flower crown on his head.

Markus was very happily walking through the flowers, looking over the blur of colours. He loved flowers, and nature, a lot. He loved the garden of his castle and spend a lot of time there, but he never really got to see anything else other than that. And he very much loved to see these wild flowers, even if he could barely make them out.

He was surprised when Oliver set something onto his head, curiously reaching up and touching it.
“What did you make?”, he asked, curious. He could feel flowers. What had Oliver made out of them? He had no idea, but he was very interested.

“I don’t know. Maybe you’d find someone you want to stay with. Maybe you’d find something else you’d like doing.”, Markus hummed, smiling lightly. “I hope if you do find someone one day, if you want to have someone that is, that they’ll happily be willing to wait for you as you travel.”.

He was very happy he got to travel with Oliver. He knew he couldn’t always travel like Oliver did, he was king, and had to stay in his castle most of the time. He wondered if Oliver would really never want to stay in one place.

The thought of ‘ finding somebody ‘ hadn’t occurred to Oliver. There had been a few people that had brought it up to him, but he hadn’t considered it as an option. But Markus made him consider it.

“Maybe. I don’t think anyone would want me to stay with them for too long, though. Most people, at least.”

“Well, I at least want you to stay with me as we travel.”, Markus said and giggled softly. “I’d never force you to do anything you wouldn’t want. Not that I think you’d want to stay in Elysium.”, he hummed. Oliver hadn’t seemed like he wanted to stay there, hadn’t he even mentioned he had been there before?

“But we’re traveling for now, so no reason to worry about it, right?”, he said and smiled at Oliver.

“I’d like to go to the fields!”, Markus replied with a bright smile. He also didn’t want to be on any boats for quite a long time if he could. But fields, they sounded the best. He was afraid a forest would be too dimly lit for him, and mountains made him think of the border of his kingdom -surrounded by mountains. So fields sounded like a dream.

“I’ll feel like I’ve been everywhere at the very least!”, he replied with a bright smile and happy giggle. He knew he couldn’t go everywhere, but so many places he’s never been to!

He had been traveling with his brothers since he was a young child; he couldn’t remember anything clearly from before he had started. Oliver was glad that Markus seemed to like the idea of it. Traveling alone was one thing but he missed the company.

“…years. I think I was about six when we started moving from place to place.”

“Wow.”, Markus was a little amazed. How could someone be traveling for all their life? He couldn’t imagine how that must have been like, though he could somewhat understand that Oliver felt trapped if he stayed in one place for long. He wasn’t used to that.

“Do you think you’ll ever settle down somewhere?”, he asked then, curious. Maybe Oliver did think about such things! He was very curious.

Markus whimpered as Bing filled him with his knot, slowly relaxing on top of Bing, laying on his chest. God he loved how full he was with Bing’s knot inside of him, keeping them close together.

“Mmhh..”, he hummed in reply, feeling just a little calmer than before. His heat still didn’t feel like calming down, but it was a little bit.

“Do you want to go out and get some food, or do you want to just lay here and relax,” he asks softly, gently nuzzling Markus’ head. Going for this long had to be straining for the omega, so he was expecting to take a lot of breaks.

“Stay..”, Markus mumbled in reply. He was pretty sure he’d need another round before his body would cool down again and allow him another proper break. But until Bing’s knot went down, he just wanted to relax.

“You can be rough with me… I like some pains.”, he mumbled softly. “Biting.. and choking… rough groping… a bit of hitting sometimes….”. He wanted to make sure Bing knew he could be rough to him and he’d like it.

Markus was weary of soulmates. They were supposed to be perfect for one, right? Maybe not meant for dating, but rather friends, but at least still meant to just click. Like each other, be there. But since he was blind, he couldn’t trust anyone. The first time someone had claimed to be his soulmate had been the worst. Some abusive asshole thought it funny to use him.

It was only thanks to his older brother that Markus got away from that and could live on his own again. It didn’t stop him from trusting the second person who claimed to be his soulmate, who also just used him because he was blind, and had a rich brother.

He was thankful to be alone again. He had been home for a few months again, having lived with his brother for a while after his last relationship a year ago. He felt better now, okay again, and ready to face life on his own again.

He knew about the black spot on his skin, and that it very much was still colourless.

Prompt 106: “You believe me, don’t you?”

His vision warped, flickered blue, then green, then red as bits of morse code fell from his lips, punctuated by bursts of static and fragments of words that made no sense.

He couldn’t delete the file. No matter how hard he tried it was still there, embedded into his processor.

Emotionx.exe. Clearly, a virus that had to be expunged from his systems. He was not human. He had no use for emotions.

Blue’s movements jerked and his joints clicked as he punched the nearest wall, not even bothering to pause to take note of the delicate cracks that spiderwebbed out from the point of contact.

“The Host wonders if that is a productive use of Blue’s time.”

“What do you want?” Static-laced words, snarled at the blind man who approached him now. Blue’s eyes shot to the gleaming band on the Host’s ring finger, tamped down on the surge of emotions- jealousy, this time- that threatened to overload his processor.

“Oh,” one side of the Host’s mouth quirked up, “the Host wants a great many things, but what the Host wants is not important at this point in time.”

“The Host is here because of what Blue wants,” he continued, reaching up to place a hand on the android’s shoulder, seeming not at all worried about the risk of losing that hand. He leaned over, lowering his voice, speaking as if they were sharing a closely guarded secret. “Has Blue attempted to talk to Dr. Iplier about how he feels?”

    “I don’t feel.” Blue snapped, his form glitching, jerking under the Host’s grip. “I-I-IIII’m not huuUU-u-uman, like you. I don’t dee-AA-al-l with petty emo-o-otions. I do n-OO-oot posse-ess them for the do-OO-ctor.”

The Host tilted his head, patted the android’s shoulder in a way that suggested he’d been expecting Blue to say that. As if he’d seen it coming. “The Host advises Blue to calm himself, and tells him that jealousy will get him nowhere.”

“You believe me, don’t you?” It was suddenly imperative that the Host understand.

“The Host suggests that Blue escort him to the clinic.” The Host said, as if he hadn’t even heard Blue speak. Which was impossible given his nature. His grip tightened on Blue’s shoulder and he began to steer the android toward the door. “The Host requires a bandage change.”

“Good to see you, Host.” Dr. Iplier smiled when they entered and got up from his desk to retrieve a fresh roll of bandages from the cabinet. “I expect you need your bandages changed?”

“The doctor assumes correctly.” It was only around the doctor that the Host smiled as warmly as he did now.

Blue paused in the doorway, suddenly uncomfortable, and let the Host leave him behind. He was about to turn and leave, but the Host wasn’t about to let him.

“Blue was kind enough to escort the Host,” he said.

“Oh! Blue.” Dr. Iplier’s eyes flicked away and his cheeks reddened. Then a moment later he was glancing back at him and it was like a jolt of electricity was sent through his systems when he noticed that the way the doctor looked at him- with that soft, dreamy expression- was the exact same way that he looked at the Host. “I didn’t see you there.”

Blue couldn’t help himself: he smiled and stepped further into the clinic.
