Markus clung to Ray, hiccuping as he cried. It hurt, he was afraid, and he didn’t know what had happened. He was just glad that he was safe now, and that nothing would hurt him anymore.
He sobbed against Ray, shaking in his arms.
“Shhh everything is gonna be alright little omega.”he said in a comforting tone as he held him close. He moved to his home in hopes that the small omega would feel better or just fall asleep. “No one will hurt you I promise you.”he said softly as he placed his jacket on the small omega to keep him warm on his way home
Markus calmed down eventually as Ray carried him, though he was still somewhat trembling. He didn’t know why this alpha helped him, if he was going to stay nice. But he clung to it, because he always clung to such kindness no matter if it let to an abusive relationship or not.
