Forest deity

It didn’t take long and he noticed she had gotten lost. Worried, he made his way to her, birds tweeting to him about her broken glasses. The animals would be no help to her to get out of the forest again.

He soon found her, making him smile lightly. He was glad to see she was safe, his eyes sparkling golden in the light shining into them, coloured like amber.
“Excuse me?”, he spoke, gentle. His long hair was slightly tangled, flowers, some twigs and leafs in the brown strands. Horns, or antlers, growing like branches from his head. Growing small green leafs, and light pink flowers, decorated with a few trinkets -little crystals, feathers, leafs, and hand-crafted items he had been gifted.

Agnes looked up when she heard him, squinting a bit. She was suspicious of the antlers, but wrote it off as a trick of her eyes. She used the tree for support as she stood up, facing him with a smile. She had to be polite, after all.

“Yes, sir? How can I help you?” She assumed he was another human, perhaps a hermit. She saw things tangled in long hair, so it’s what she assumed. She wished to see clearly, so she could see who she was interacting with.

“I noticed your glasses breaking a while ago, and as it appears to be, you seem to be lost now.”, he replied, smiling lightly as he looked her over. It was rare he talked to anyone who was an adult, though he could tell that she couldn’t see well without her glasses.

“I can help you get back to the edge of the forest. If you would like my help.”.
