Markus let himself be picked up, and he nuzzled closer to him again.
“Sorry. Markus sorry.”, he mumbled, making soft chirps. He wanted to make Ray happy, and not sad! He was so happy about being here and living with Ray, he didn’t know what more he could do.

Ray purred happily. He placed the smallest and gentlest kiss on the small harpy’s chest as he held it close to himself. “It is alright Markus. I am not mad at you. You are a super sweet bird.”he said softly with a little smile

Markus made a sound at the kiss, not expecting it and not knowing what it was. But it seemed like it was a nice gesture.
“Ray no alone. Ray Markus. Markus no nobody.”, he was very much certain that he was someone for Ray, company!
