“No.”, Markus replied and shook his head lightly. “I’m not very skilled at crafts like these. Other than my magic for plushs, I can’t make anything.”, he chuckled softly, smiling. “I had someone else make it for me. To fit with my plushs.”.
Soft golden freckles covering his cheeks were able to be noticed in the warm light.
Nox nodded, smiling softly.
“Whoever made it must be just as good at you with their magic.” Nox imagined a tailor weaving their magic to make Markus his coat and a jolt of renewed excitement rushed through her stomach and chest. She bounced a little “I can’t wait to see your home, Markus.” She saw his golden freckles in the glow of the fire and they seemed to add a touch more magic to him “It must be a great place if people like you come from it. Can you tell me about it?”
Markus chuckled softly, smiling warmly. He liked talking to Nox, hearing her so happy about something that was so normal for him.
“My homeland is filled with magic. Everyone knows of it, and almost everyone uses their magic. We do a lot of things with magic, and a lot of things have magic in them. Like my plush animals. I have a friend who can create flowers, however he likes. I like to use them for my plushs.”, he told Nox, voice soft as he thought about his home.
“It’s really rare to find someone without a home or family to go to. Most people are really friendly and kind, though of course there are some bad ones. Everyone could use their magic for evil, if they wanted to after all.”
