“Sure.”, Arthur wrote back, and finally went to make some food. They should probably get to bed soon, considering it was getting rather late. For now, food though.

They did stay awake for a few more hours, in which they ate and talked about Agnes a little. What to do if she did find their forest and searched for them and such.

Agnes had fallen asleep a few minutes after she wrote the message. However, she was roused quickly by her boss to talk business, and what they would be doing while they were in America. She made sure that she had the free time to take walks in the forest before she talked about anything else.

When they arrived there the next day, she was grateful that she would have a room to herself in the hotel. She went out for a walk the first thing in the morning, going out into the forest.

Markus and Arthur, being early risers as they were, wrote on Markus’ arm first thing. “Tell us when you go search for us, so we know when to go out.”.
They decided that they’d leave a sign at the door of the cabin when they went out, if Agnes was going to find it instead of them. Not that they could be sure she’d be in the right forest first try, but still.

“Of course I’m alright with it.”, Markus huffed. “But you’ll have to go out with me. You know I’ll get lost alone in the woods.”.
“That’s very true.”, Arthur replied with a grin, setting the marker back onto Markus’ arm.
“We’ll both be taking walks once a day then.”, he wrote her. They couldn’t spend most of their time outside after all, but they could go out once a day.

Agnes smiles at the news. “I’ll take walks as well. Hopefully I’ll run into you guys.” She hums softly and looks up at the ceiling.

“What are you two up to right now? I’m just sitting here.” She was so bored, and had nothing to do.

“I had intended to make something to eat, before writing with you.”, Arthur wrote Agnes. And Markus had just been sitting around listening to Arthur, talking with him, doing nothing much either.

“You should sleep.”, Arthur wrote back. Neither him nor Markus were sure what time it was right now here, though they were pretty sure Agnes was getting closer to them.

“You’re also going back in time, aren’t you?”. Since Australia was ahead of time from them. It must be pretty weird going back in time.

“Talking with both of you is better than sleeping.” Agnes smiles softly. She looked at her watch to determine the time, then looks back at her arm. She giggles at the question.

“Reliving the same day is weird, but it’s weirder going back to Aus” She scribbles out the name before the rules kick in. “Where I live.” She didn’t want to wash off any censors.

“You’ll lose almost a whole day going back to where you live.”, Arthur wrote back, humming lightly. He had traveled a lot already in his life, so he knew how weird it was to go to such different timezones.

“Your SO will have to go out more if you’re searching for him, hm?”, he wrote then, chuckling when Markus nudged him.

Markus didn’t know when Agnes drew back, but he made sure not to go over the areas he had drawn at already, in case she was there and wanted to draw back to him as well. He’d ask Arthur before bed if she had definitely. He didn’t want to keep him from work too much again with bothering him about Agnes and the messages.

Markus stopped when his arm and hand where fully covered, and he couldn’t find spots to draw on anymore. He didn’t want to draw on his second arm too, so instead he used his time to listen to his podcast.

Agnes fell asleep again at one point, then woke up in time to eat something. She spent some time looking at her arms and appreciating what happened. After a while, she got up and washed off the ink on her left arm, then sat back down and hummed softly to herself as she looked outside.

Markus had decided to let Arthur write on his right arm, to ask Agnes to tell him when she’s landed and if she’s okay. He wanted to know if everything went alright, and how he had to think about the time difference.

Agnes hummed softly as she inked her arm with calligraphy in her own language and drawings of flowers and nature. She was able to keep herself occupied while they were flying.

Markus had to eventually stop drawing. He had to eat something, and he wanted to spend some time with Arthur without soulmate interruptions. He’d write to Agnes again before bed probably.
