“If you wan to..”, Markus muttered. He didn’t want to cause any troubles for Daniel, but he also didn’t want to tell him what to do.

Daniel smiled and pulled out his phone and looked through some e books before he chose one and started reading.

Markus relaxed against Daniel as he read, happily listening to him. He felt safe now, with Daniel, being held by him. Listening to him read to him.

After a good while, he fell asleep. He felt good, and safe, and comfortable.

“Thank you.”, Markus whispered, nuzzling into Daniel’s chest. He still felt really bad about the flowers all over Daniel, especially now that he couldn’t nuzzle into his neck.

“Of course” he hummed and looked down at the other. “Do you want me to read something to you?” He asked softly.

“That… that’d be nice..”, he mumbled softly. He would like to be able to focus on something else, and a book would be really nice.
“But I- I don’t have books you could read..”. He only had braille books.

Markus held tightly onto Daniel, staying as close as he could possibly be.
“Arthur’s traveling.”, he said quietly. “Please… I know you don’t like him… but.. I don’t want him to know about this…”. He knew Arthur would be more than mad about this, and wouldn’t want to leave Markus alone for a good few months at the very least. And as much as he knew Daniel wouldn’t want to talk to Arthur anyways, he just… wanted to make sure.

“Of course. It’s your brother, so if you think it’s better to not tell him, then I’ll respect your decision.” He answered softly and rocked him carefully.

“I want to stay with you… And not- not… he’ll want me to stay with him and not leave me out of his sight. He’s.. I know he’s really scared of losing me. I’m his only family left after all.”, he mumbled. He didn’t want to lose Arthur either, but he at least was able to take care of him.

“Sure.”, Arthur wrote back, and finally went to make some food. They should probably get to bed soon, considering it was getting rather late. For now, food though.

They did stay awake for a few more hours, in which they ate and talked about Agnes a little. What to do if she did find their forest and searched for them and such.

Agnes had fallen asleep a few minutes after she wrote the message. However, she was roused quickly by her boss to talk business, and what they would be doing while they were in America. She made sure that she had the free time to take walks in the forest before she talked about anything else.

When they arrived there the next day, she was grateful that she would have a room to herself in the hotel. She went out for a walk the first thing in the morning, going out into the forest.

Markus and Arthur, being early risers as they were, wrote on Markus’ arm first thing. “Tell us when you go search for us, so we know when to go out.”.
They decided that they’d leave a sign at the door of the cabin when they went out, if Agnes was going to find it instead of them. Not that they could be sure she’d be in the right forest first try, but still.

“Of course I’m alright with it.”, Markus huffed. “But you’ll have to go out with me. You know I’ll get lost alone in the woods.”.
“That’s very true.”, Arthur replied with a grin, setting the marker back onto Markus’ arm.
“We’ll both be taking walks once a day then.”, he wrote her. They couldn’t spend most of their time outside after all, but they could go out once a day.

Agnes smiles at the news. “I’ll take walks as well. Hopefully I’ll run into you guys.” She hums softly and looks up at the ceiling.

“What are you two up to right now? I’m just sitting here.” She was so bored, and had nothing to do.

“I had intended to make something to eat, before writing with you.”, Arthur wrote Agnes. And Markus had just been sitting around listening to Arthur, talking with him, doing nothing much either.
