Gone

Markus was very happy being outside and on a field. He may not be able to see a lot, nor very well, but he could tell how green the grass was, and he could see the flower field ahead as well.

He lot go of Oliver’s hand to happily run ahead, skipping. He twirled around, laughing soft and happily. “Look Oliver! How beautiful the flowers are!”, he called, a bright smile on his face. He was really happy to be up and moving, outside.

He raised an eyebrow, watching him with an amused look on his face. Markus must have been kept in built up areas for a while to have that reaction to seeing flowers. Or perhaps he was genuinely interested in them.

Oliver followed behind him, picking up some of the flowers as he went. He carefully intertwined the flowers together and caught up with Markus, placing the flower crown on his head.

Markus was very happily walking through the flowers, looking over the blur of colours. He loved flowers, and nature, a lot. He loved the garden of his castle and spend a lot of time there, but he never really got to see anything else other than that. And he very much loved to see these wild flowers, even if he could barely make them out.

He was surprised when Oliver set something onto his head, curiously reaching up and touching it.
“What did you make?”, he asked, curious. He could feel flowers. What had Oliver made out of them? He had no idea, but he was very interested.
